About
Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that focuses on using punches, strikes, and kicks.  It is recognized as the most popular martial arts in the world today. Millions of people all over the world practice Taekwondo for sport and art. It is an official Olympic sport that allows great athletes to test their physical and mental abilities.

Respect
Our traditional martial arts program offers a great opportunity for students to develop the skills to succeed in life. Our goal is to create champions of life rather than in the ring. Only traditional martial arts will help students to develop respect for themselves and others. Having self-respect will deter negative influences of today's society.

Discipline
Our traditional martial arts program fosters the idea of self-discipline through having the students strive for perfection through consistent practice and effort. Self-Discipline is developed through practicing good manners and upholding good morals in class and outside of class.

Self Confidence
What is the greatest gift that a parent can give a child? CONFIDENCE! Confidence to stand firm. Confidence to say "No" to peer pressure. Confidence to say "Yes" to justice. Confidence to defend oneself. Confidence to set and pursue goals.

Physical Fitness
Increase Strength and Stamina
Martial Arts training is a great way to get in shape and stay healthy. Training allows individuals to increase strength and stamina which boosts their energy level to feel great. It has been proven by experts that martial arts training increases strength without weights and machines. The repetition of graceful movements performed with strength increases the cardiovascular level to improve stamina. Not only do you stay fit but your health will improve as all the movements will stimulate your meridian lines (healing points) to bring harmony with your mind and body.
Flexibility and Weight Control
Scientific stretching methods are incorporated into our martial arts program to optimize improvement and minimize injury. Whether your flexibility level is novice or advanced we tailor our martial arts programs to work within your limits and fulfill your potential. Martial arts training offers an opportunity to manage your weight control in a fun way. Many of our students have lost weight in a short period of time and maintain their desired weight. We provide you with the motivation to stay fit both mind and body.
Improve Reflexes and Coordination
Many professional sports teams have a martial arts expert on their team for special conditioning including our very own Cleveland Browns. You can improve your overall performance in all activities with better reflexes and hand-eye coordination. Martial arts can formulate a foundation for all other activities.
