The following is a list of the various programs we offer at Kim's College of Martial Arts.

Adult  
Exercise and Improve Your Life!
Taekwondo strengthens your body and improves your health through physical exercise and conditioning. Isometric and dynamic tension exercises will allow you to gain better muscle tone and more strength. A gradual building process of safe and easy stretching will enhance flexibility, while breathing and concentration exercises lead to sharper reflexes and senses. The discipline of Taekwondo leads to increase energy, better health and fitness, greater coordination, and higher self-esteem. These qualities are vital to a happier, longer life.

Take Charge of Your Life!
Bring out the positive qualities that have always been part of you! Develop patience, confidence, self-discipline, inner calm, and a consistently positive mental attitude. Overcome fear, self-doubt, anger, jealousy, laziness, and bad habits. You can do it! It takes serious, dedicated training, and most of all, it takes the right program.

Self Defense / Self Development
Learn to defend yourself through rigorous, comprehensive training. Develop your endurance, strength, flexibility, and balance along with self-defense. Learn to defend yourself, not only physically, but mentally as well. Learn to unite your body in a single effort to achieve your goals. Develop an inner calm. Bring up deep-rooted, long hidden fears and weaknesses, face them, and conquer them. Bring out anger and frustration in a positive environment where you can learn to deal with them effectively. Rise above laziness and inner doubt.
   
Fun and Exciting Learning Activities
Our children's program is designed to improve your child's fitness, learn self-defense, build self-discipline, learn self-control, increase self-confidence, and develop proper sense of value and personality. Our exceptionally qualified and energetic instructors make getting in shape fun and exciting and your child will look forward to coming to class.
Taekwondo is a total learning activity. Lessons are tailored to your child's age and skill level. Your child begins by practicing basic patterns and forms, board breaking, kicking, blocking, striking, and punching. These fundamental skills increase your child's physical coordination, flexibility, balance, and mental acumen. Taekwondo develops your child's athletic abilities and self-awareness, and improves the child's capabilities in self-defense.

Self-Discipline and Self-Esteem for Your Child
Taekwondo emphasizes moral development as well. Children learn respect for themselves and others, heightened concentration, and increased self-discipline and self-restraint.
The self-discipline that develops as a result of learning and practicing Taekwondo usually carries over into other areas of the child's life. School grades often improve as your child learns to focus on objectives and to work toward achievement. The self-discipline and self-respect which Taekwondo develops, can provide your child with the skills and mindset necessary to resist peer pressure.
Family  
Bring Family Closer Together
Our family program provides a great opportunity for a family to spend quality time together while learning new skills and getting in shape. Training side by side, helping each other to practice and learn new techniques, and providing you with shared goals to reach, family members naturally become closer together in the process.

Family Fitness
These days, children spend more time indoors watching television, playing video games, and going online using computers. As you hear often from the television and newspapers, the lack of activity of today's children may result in childhood obesity. As a parent, one may be concerned about their child's health and looking for ways to involve them in physical activities. Taekwondo provides excellent exercises for both children and adults to get in shape. Tae Kwon Do combines the best of many different forms of physical training. As a parent, you can set an example for your children about the importance of regular exercise by learning Taekwondo together.
Birthday  
Make this years Birthday party a whole new experience! At a Kim's Champion Taekwondo Birthday Party, you're the star! All you need to bring are your friends and enthusiasm! If you have any questions or need further information, please contact Master Kim. Birthday Parties may be scheduled for Saturdays beginning at 1:00 PM. Maximum of 20 children per party.
Fitness 
Taekwondo Fitness is a 45-minute aerobic class involving different forms set to music. This class is geared towards anyone who is looking to increase their aerobic capacity. It requires no previous Taekwondo experience.
